Two things at once
Neither one turned down.
Subleink works by appointment only, and at the same time as an active gallery. The walls rotate with original art, work in progress and reference pieces. It is not a waiting room with decoration on it — it is part of the visit. Clients sit surrounded by the same hands that are about to tattoo them.
The studio opened in 2026, but it did not start from zero. Its founder, Macabreink, has been tattooing for over ten years and built the house signature long before the doors opened: large-scale dark abstract lettering and blackout, worked freehand — the design resolved directly on the body, reading anatomy, curve and movement before the machine ever touches skin. No stencil, no repeated design, no piece that exists twice.
That is the house lane, not the only one. Every resident artist works from their own hand and their own references: fine line and botanical, illustrative colour and anime, cybersigilism and gothic lettering, colour realism. Big projects and small pieces are both welcome — the studio is not built for bodysuits only.
